  2. How long does it take for Vonzu to deploy?

    1. The start-up period depends on each project: type of company, size, number of people involved, integrations to be carried out, etc. 

In general, we can take from 4 days to 2 months to carry out a start-up, including initial meetings, domain configuration and training when necessary. 

Thanks to our support page and the monitoring of our account managers, a person can be autonomous with the use of the software in a very short time, since the platform is simple and intuitive. 

  1. Can I request changes or personalized developments in the system? 

    1. Yes, the SaaS is designed in a flexible way to be able to support the changes and developments that each operation needs. We are a company that uses agile methodologies to be able to provide quick solutions to all our clients. If you have a request for change or development, discuss it with your administrator and the technical and product team will study its feasibility as soon as possible.

    1. Of course, Vonzu acts as a control tower, giving visibility to the movements that are outsourced, regardless of the fleet or driver carrying out the expedition. We can integrate with third parties so that you have the visualization of all the activity of your shipments in a single tool. 

  3. What happens if I subcontract part of my operations?

      Thanks to our real-time package tracking service, you can keep your customers informed at all times by sending notifications via email or SMS. With the customization of notifications, you set the rules: you can decide the content, format and structure of the messages, which will be sent whenever you want.

  5. Can I know the delivery time of each shipment?

    1. If you create or optimize your routes with Vonzu, the answer is yes. In the Gantt chart you will be able to see, in the form of a box, all the shipments included in a driver's route. Hovering over it, you will be able to view the information on each of these deliveries and their ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival or expected time of arrival). Once the expedition is complete, you will be able to see the exact time that the driver marked the expedition as complete. 

Doubts about the mobile application

  1. Can I upload photos through the mobile app?

    1. Of course! The driver has the possibility to take pictures and add comments when completing the delivery/collection or marking an incident. There is no limit on images, but it is not possible to make videos or import photos from the device's gallery.

  2. Can the driver report incidents in the delivery?

    1. Yes. The driver can make as many changes of status in an expedition as he wants. You can mark an expedition as completed, report incidents (according to the incident types configured from the back office) and add comments and photos to provide more information. All this information will be available in real time in the back office. 

  3. How often is the driver's GPS signal sent?

    1. This parameter is configurable, but every 15-30 seconds the signal can be received and displayed on the live map from the Vonzu web application or back office. 

  4. What security do I have with VONZU? 

    1. At VONZU we use the latest technologies in cybersecurity. The data that is stored is backed up by daily backups and the servers are hosted around the world to limit service outages. At Vonzu we give you all the guarantees, we comply with the RGPD security regulations at a European level. 

  5. Can e-Commerce orders be integrated into VONZU? 

    1. Yes, without any problem. With Vonzu you can have the traceability of all your shipments processed through an e-commerce. We simply have to integrate our system with the e-commerce system, in order to guarantee this flow of information.   6. Can I integrate my warehouse in VONZU? 

    1. Yes, keep in mind that we are not a warehouse management software (WMS or WMS), however, we have developed a small storage module from which you can have visibility in the system of the goods that enter and leave your warehouse and We can even assign a location to that incoming merchandise. 

  7. Can I use Vonzu regardless of the type of vehicle? 

    1. Of course, whatever fleet you have, everything is configurable in Vonzu. We can register as many types of vehicles and drivers as you wish on the platform, as well as introduce their characteristics so that the optimization algorithms take these variables into account (weight, volume, skills, etc.).

  8. Can I access Vonzu from my website? 

    1. Yes, you can generate direct access from the company's website to the Vonzu app, both to track shipments and to give access to your customers. 

  9. Can I use Vonzu on any computer and/or internet browser? 

    1. Yes, Vonzu is cloud software that allows access from any mobile device and location in the world (as long as you have internet access). Although it is true that the application works with any type of browser, we recommend using Google Chrome, since it has better performance than others such as Internet Explorer or Safari. 

  10. Do I need a smartphone to use Vonzu?

    1. No, our mobile driver app can be used from a smartphone or PDA. 

  11. CanI use Vonzu on any smartphone?

    1. Yes, our app is available on the App Store (for iOS devices) and on Google Play (for Android devices). Still, to ensure better performance, we recommend:

      1. For Android users, use any device that supports the latest version of the system. The smartphone should have at least 4GB of RAM and a minimum Octa-Core processor.

      2. For iOS users, use any iPhone that supports the latest version of the system.
