¿What is an expedition?
You can digitise any of your services with Vonzu. A dispatch can be either a delivery, a collection or a task (installation, assembly, etc.).
¿What units of measurement are used in the system?
Weight is measured in kilograms (kg).
For volume, we use cubic centimetres (cm3) for shipments and cubic metres (m3) for vehicles.
If consignments are imported into the system via CSV file, it is important to mention that the thousands are not differentiated and the decimals are differentiated with a point, for example: 34000.25 cm3, i.e. 34,00025 m3.
