  1. What is the method of payment?

    1. Vonzu SaaS is charged monthly. We have different plans depending on the needs and operations of each client. The amount to be paid depends on the contracted plan and the volume of monthly shipments. Outside of the already established plans, a price per operation is applied following the premise: The more volume you have, the less you pay for each movement. 
      As in all SaaS, the payment method is in advance, that is, the invoice is issued at the beginning of each month. 
      * You also have the option to pay 1 year in advance (12 monthly payments) with a % discount. If you are interested in this option contact your Vonzu administrator. 

  2.  What payment options do I have? 

    1. The monthly payment can be made by: 

      1. Direct debit: Once you complete your bank details in the payment link provided by our accounting department, the amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account at the beginning of each month.

      2. Transfer.

      3. Credit or debit card.

  3. Can VONZU payments be split?

    1. Yes, payments can be made annually, semi-annually or monthly. 

  • With the annual plan, payment is required in advance and a 10% discount is applied. 

  • With the semester plan, payment is required in advance and a 5% discount is applied.

  • With the monthly plan, the payment is made on the 1st of each month. The invoice will also include charges for excess shipments and extra features used in the previous month.

  1. What does the monthly usage fee include? 

    1. The SaaS monthly fee includes the corrective and preventive maintenance of the software, as well as the different updates and improvements made monthly to the platform. You will be sure that you are using the latest technologies on the market.

  2. Is it possible to try the software for free? 

    1. Of course! You can create your own free account by clicking here. If you want to configure your operations, you can go to our First Steps section and, if you have any questions or need support, do not hesitate to contact us via email sales@vonzu.es 

  3. Is there a permanence contract? 

    1. No, we can cancel the contract for the use of the SaaS at any time and without any associated cost.
      * In particular cases where the Vonzu has undergone specific modifications for a client, please review said document or ask your Vonzu.  

  4. Will I have technical/operational assistance from Vonzu? 

    1. Of course! Both our technical support team and your administrator at Vonzu will be happy to help you before, during and after the implementation of the software. In addition, as part of our specialized service, we continuously monitor each project to evaluate the performance of the platform and continuously improve. 

  5. Is there a limit of shipments to be made/imported? 

    1. No, our platform adapts to any operation and supports as many shipments as you want to manage. If one month you exceed the shipments included in your monthly fee, the extra cost per shipment agreed in the economic proposal will be applied following the premise "The more volume you have, the less you pay for each movement". 

  6. What happens if in a month I make more shipments than those agreed in the quota? 

    1. No problem! We would love to go hand in hand with you in this process of expanding operations. If in a specific month you manage more shipments than agreed, they will be charged according to the extra unit price agreed in your economic proposal. Remember that you can change your pricing plan at any time, so there is no limit to the shipments you can manage through Vonzu. 
      * Contact your administrator in Vonzu to upgrade or downgrade the plan in the following monthly payment and... that's it!

  7. What happens if there are no shipments through VONZU? 

    1. If in a month no shipments are generated through Vonzu, absolutely nothing happens. The usage fee remains at the same price agreed from the beginning, since our platform and associated machines will be at your entire disposal. You can return to using Vonzu whenever it suits you.
