Vonzu generates its own labels and allows you to download them for all dispatches. The labels contain information about the dispatch and a barcode and a QR code that can be scanned using the Vonzu Mobile App for drivers and the Warehouse Module scanner.
An expedition allows you to generate a label for each package that is part of it. The labels can be downloaded from the List of dispatches, selecting as many as you want:
Go to the section "Expeditions" > "List of expeditions".
Select the expeditions for which you wish to download labels (remember that you can use the filters to help you).
Click on the three dots (...) at the top right and then on "Download tags from the selection".
You can also download labels individually either from the list, at the 3 individual points of a shipment or from within the detail of a shipment:
All these options lead to the following pop-up. Once we have selected the size of the label, we click on "Generate".
A PDF of the label will be generated and can be downloaded.
The labels can be customised with the company logo, consult your domain administrator for more information.
Vonzu also allows you to work with external tags (for example, from other logistics operators integrated in Vonzu). If you wish to use the labels of your operators, contact your Vonzu administrator.
