List of expeditions - Warehouse Module

Modified on Tue, 21 Nov, 2023 at 11:23 AM

The warehouse user can view all the expeditions that belong to the agencies in which his user is configured. In other words, if the warehouse user is configured in the Barcelona branch but not in the Madrid branch, they will only see the information on shipments in Barcelona.

Expedition details

Clicking on the name of any expedition accesses the expedition detail, from where you can consult and edit all its information.

The warehouse user will be able to modify the information of some fields of each shipment. To save the changes, you need to press the “Update” button in the upper right corner.

Shipment

history The warehouse user can also consult the history of changes and updates of a shipment, which offers full traceability of each order. After clicking on one of the expeditions in the list, you can access the second tab "History" to see the history of changes.

Actions performed on an issue are displayed in descending order, with the earliest changes first and the most recent updates at the bottom of the list.

To be able to easily see all the information that it offers us, we only have to click on the (+) signs located on the left side of the screen, and on (−) to contract the information.

For each action we have information on:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Type of operation or update made

  • User and type, that is, who has executed the action

  • State

  • Agency

  • Barcode

  • Geolocation whenever a driver performs any action. In this case, clicking on the icon  will open a new tab with the geolocated coordinates on Google Maps.

By clicking on the signs (+) we will see more complete information with details of geolocation, changes of agency, driver, etc.

Tickets

If the warehouse user has the necessary permissions and the shipment has an associated ticket, the warehouse user will be able to view the tickets linked to the shipment from the Tickets tab.

For more information on Tickets, check out our articles on the Ticketing module.

For more information about permissions , contact your domain administrator.
