Vonzu allows you to consult the history of all the changes and updates that any shipment has undergone, which offers full traceability on each order.
To access the history of an expedition, you must first go to the detail of the expedition, either from the list of expeditions, from the Live Map or from a linked ticket.
After clicking on one of the expeditions in the list, you can access the second tab "History" to see the history of changes.
Each change record can be expanded by clicking on the (+) icon located on the left side of the screen, and on (−) to collapse the information. Always recorded time, the user, the change made and the status of the issue.
Additionally, if the change has been made by a driver, the geolocation of the device from which the modification is made is also saved. In this case, clicking on the icon will open a new tab with the geolocated coordinates on Google Maps.
columns Agency and Barcode will show information when any package of the shipment has been scanned using the warehouse module.
