The Live Map is divided into 3 levels to improve its ordering and performance.

Its operation goes from a higher level (general view) to two lower levels where the information is displayed in more detail.

  1. Level 1: Overview of the domain and its expeditions.

  2. Level 2: Vision by Agency.

  3. Level 3: Control of routes and drivers.

HEADER
The header is common at all levels, in it we can quickly and clearly view the general information of the operation:

  1. Total number of expeditions.

  2. Total number of expeditions completed.

  3. Total number of expeditions with incidence. By clicking we see the breakdown of the types of incidence.

  4. Total number of expeditions in distribution.

  5. Total number of assigned expeditions.

  6. Total number of expeditions in other states, by clicking we can see the detail of the different states.

From the top left icon, you can apply search filters through the livemap. As you add filters, you will see the number of active filters in a small circle overlaying the filter icon. You can filter by date, warehouse of origin and customer.

Level 1 GENERAL VISION

At this level, the agencies are displayed with their respective information.
As you zoom in on the map, the different agencies are disaggregated with their respective information (total expeditions, drivers, line progress, etc.)

In the right sidebar you can navigate through several information fields:
Agencies, States, Drivers, Customers and Logistics Operators. In the right sidebar we can navigate through various information fields: Agencies, Drivers, Clients and Logistics Operators.

Level 2 HEAT MAP
This level offers a view by agency.

To reach this level it is only necessary to click on the
name of one of the agencies.

This level shows, for each selected agency, the dispersion of their expeditions and drivers. You can monitor the performance of each of your drivers using their progress lines. You can view the real-time position of drivers on the road based on the latest geolocation signal sent by their devices.

In case you are a Retailer, we can visualize your logistics operators in real time.
From this level the button (image) at the top next to the filters is unlocked and you can now:
(1) Optimize your routes
(2) Mass edit expeditions

1) Button Optimize

2) If you select the bulk edit button (image), you will automatically have the option to draw a polygon on the map to limit the expeditions you want to edit. To close the polygon you simply have to double click anywhere on the map or close the last line by clicking the starting point of the polygon. Once the area is delimited, with the hand option you can edit the edges of the polygon or deselect hand expeditions, one by one.The circle with the X in the middle (image) (the rightmost icon) is for deselecting previously selected expeditions.

3) Selecting the pencil (image) you can edit the parameter you want on all the selected expeditions.

Remember that you have to mark the checkbox of the field you want to modify.

We can view the layout of the real route followed by the driver and the layout of the route proposed by Vonzu (if you have previously optimized your routes). To do this, you just have to select the “+” button in the Routes section and choose whether you want to mark the proposed route, the real route or both on the map. It also shows the kilometers traveled and the expected time.

Level 3 DRIVERS
This level offers a view by driver or the total number of drivers in an agency.
To reach this level it is only necessary to click on the name of the drivers/logistics operators or on the upper button “
See all drivers”.

It offers a clearer and more detailed view of drivers / routes / logistics operators.
