Quadrant management

Thanks to Vonzu's new quadrant management module you will be able to quickly and easily view and edit your drivers' working hours week by week. From this module you can manage leave, part-time or unforeseen events. 

 To enter Quadrant Management

1. Go to the “Configuration”

2. Click on the “Equipment” tab

3. Click on List of drivers (second tab)

4. Click on "Quadrant Management"

From this section we see at a glance the availability of our drivers within a week.

From here we can:

1. Create Drivers

To create a driver click on "" in the upper right corner. 

2. Add specific filters

• Name of driver

• Agency

• Vehicles (Type)

• Vehicle (Volume)

3. View the list of active and inactvie drivers

At the quadrant management table we can:

1. Edit the working hours and deactivate drivers

2. Edit agency or vehicle to which a driver is associated. with Click on "pencil" on the agency or vehicle associated with the driver of the you want to edit the information.
   ⚠️ To change the agency, the driver must be previously added as a driver to the agency in question, otherwise it will give us an error. 

3. Deactivate drivers. To deactivate a driver, click on the three points in the Quadrant Management table.
