To make a multiple update to a set of expeditions, we can do it in 2 ways:
From the list of expeditions:
First we visualize the set of expeditions that we want to edit (after applying searches or filters, if necessary) .
Next, we select the expeditions that we want to edit. Remember that you have the option to “Select all”. In this case, all the expeditions that are on the first page will be selected, therefore, it will depend on whether you have the pagination configured at 20, 50 or 100 expeditions per page.
We go to the 3 points (...) in the upper right corner and select the option “Edit selection”
A pop-up will open with the fields that we can edit:
Driver
Client
Agency
Volume
Range of hours (it is the time slot of delivery)
Add note and type, if it is a comment, an incident or an arrangement
Relaunch the geocoding, to re-geolocate the expeditions
Type of service
Logistics unit
Status
Date
When marking a field, the checkbox located to the left of the field will automatically be marked Field Name. This means that this field is going to be updated. Fields without the checkbox marked will not be modified.
From the livemap:
We are at the second level of the livemap, that is, within an agency.
By clicking on the second icon in the upper left corner, a drop-down opens with several options. Select the option with the Edit icon.
Through the polygon, we can draw a figure that encompasses the expeditions that we want to update. Make sure that all the points on the map that you want to modify are inside the polygon.
From left to right the icons symbolize:
Draw polygon
Use your hand to move around the map
Edit
Deselect
If we select the third Edit icon, a pop-up will open with the fields that we can edit, the same as from the list of expeditions:
Driver
Client
Agency
Volume
Range of hours (this is the delivery time slot)
Add a note and type, if it is a comment, an incident or an agreement
Relaunch the geocoding, to re-geolocate the expeditions
Type of service
Logistics unit
Status
Date
When marking a field, it is automatically check the checkbox to the left of the field name. This means that this field is going to be updated. The fields without the checkbox marked will not be modified.
