The dispatches can enter Vonzu in several ways: by API or FTP integration, through a CSV file or by being created manually. If you want to create an expedition directly from the Vonzu platform:
1 Go to the "Expeditions" section or to the second icon in the header.
2 Click on "+ Expedition" on the top right hand side
3 Fill in the necessary fields
4 Click on "New expedition" or "Cancel to create" or "Finish".
Remember to assign an agency to the consignment. The destination agency is the last warehouse a parcel passes through.
Fields to fill in:
You can fill in a lot of information regarding the shipment, but only the fields with an asterisk are mandatory.
Customer | Client username, must be written the same as the previously created client username |
Delivery/Pickup date | Date on which the shipment will be made |
Hour range | Start and end time of the expedition time |
*Guy | Type of shipment, it can be delivery or collection. |
Origin/destination agency | Select agency. |
* Delivery/pickup address | Shipping address: Street, number, city, postal code, province and country. |
Plant | Number of floors to the destination of the expedition. |
Can you go up by elevator? | Informs whether the destination has an elevator or not. |
Description | Description of the content of the expedition. |
* Number of packages | Number of packages in the shipment. |
Weight | Total weight in kg. |
Volume | Total volume in cm3. |
Skills | Skills/characteristics associated with the expedition. |
* Recipient's name | Name of the recipient or contact person. |
* Recipient's phone number | Contact telephone number of the recipient or contact person. |
Recipient Email | Contact email of the recipient or contact person. |
Driver | Driver to whom the expedition is assigned. It must be previously configured on the platform. |
Refund | Money that must be delivered to the carrier when shipping (cash on delivery). |
Time to spend | Time in minutes to spend to complete the expedition. |
Number of withdrawals to make | Removals of packages to be made during the expedition. |
Insured value | It is the value in euros (€) of the content of the shipment. |
Concept | Single price or rate associated with the shipment. The rate must be previously created and configured on the platform. Remember that you can add as many prices and rates as necessary. |
Reference | Indicate a specific reference. If you do not fill out this field, Vonzu will generate an alphanumeric reference automatically. |
Logistic operator | The logistics operator that transports our expedition.

Name to display in notifications | The name that appears in the client's notifications. |
