How to create a vehicle

1. Go to the section of “Settings”

2. Click on “Vehicles”

3. Click on “+ Create Vehicle”

4. Fill in the fields with an asterisk*

5. Click on “Create”.

Configuration of a Vehicle

Once the vehicle is created we can view it in the list. Selecting it we will go to the detail, where we can finish configuring all your information. 

The more information we have about the vehicle, the better routes the optimizer will give us. For example, if your profile is a scooter, you will have to select the profile that most closely resembles it, which in this case will be Bicycle. 

1. Click on the name of the vehicle

2. Modify information by clicking on:

   1. Skills. When an Expedition has an ability, optimizing it pairs it with the vehicle that has that same ability. 

      1. ⚠ ️ The skills field is a free text field, therefore, the skill in the expedition must be written exactly as it is in the vehicle (for example, cold, without a capital letter and without a tilde, in the expedition it must be the same written).

   2. Maximum weight that the vehicle can carry

   3. Limit of shipments that can be transported at the same time in the vehicle 

   4. Custom stop time (in case it is different from the standard stop time of the optimization strategy)
       ⚠This option to differentiate and prioritizing different times per stop depending on the vehicle is only available with the “Least resources” strategy.
