From the list of expeditions, we can download all the information that is in the system regarding our expeditions in CSV.
Go to the List of expeditions
Use the filters and the date selector to find the expeditions that are of interest to you
Click on the 3 general points (...) in the upper right corner
If you do not select any expedition (or the checkbox of "select all" that selects only the first page, therefore, it depends on whether the pagination is at 25 / 50 / 100 expeditions per page) all the filtered expeditions will be downloaded, regardless of the pages that this implies.
At this point, we have 2 options:
Download CSV of the selection
Download CSV of the selection (customised)
1. Download CSV of the selection
Download CSV of the selection: A CSV with all the fields that a shipment contains in Vonzu will be downloaded automatically, that is, there will be many columns.
2. Download CSV of the selection (customised)
Download CSV of the selection (custom): In this case, a pop-up appears where you can select which fields to download. Once selected, click “Generate File” and then “Download File”. And ready! A CSV with only the pre-selected columns will be downloaded.
