New delivery note / POD

To download a delivery note or POD (Proof Of Delivery) we have to go to the detail of each shipment from the list of expeditions or the livemap. Once in the detail, at the top we will see 2 buttons to download the delivery note or the label.

Selecting the delivery notedownload, a PDF document with all the information will be downloaded.

The delivery note can be downloaded at any time, that is, when the shipment is in any state. If the POD is downloaded when the shipment is in Completed or Incident status, we will see the signature and/or photos linked to the shipment as proof of delivery.

Elements of a delivery note / POD

PODs are unique, there is a delivery note associated with each shipment.

In the header, that is, the upper part of the document, we see the status of the order, the date of the last update, the reference of the shipment and the fiscal data of the domain: NIF, address, telephone number and email.

Secondly, the data referring to the shipment and its final recipient are shown.

Next we find the description of the content of the expedition. In case of having several packages, we will display the individual data of each of them: description, quantity, weight, width, height, length and barcode, provided that this information has been entered into the system.

Finally we have the voucher. If the shipment has been completed or has suffered an incident, we will display the signature of the final recipient and/or the photographs taken by the driver. Additionally, in the lower part we can add the signatures of the client, the carrier and the final recipient on paper whenever desired, printing as many copies of the downloaded document as necessary.
