List of expeditions

The list of expeditions is the first tab of the Expeditions. This shows all the expeditions (collections or deliveries) entered in the system for a given day or period of time (according to what has been filtered in the upper right filter of Dates). Likewise, expeditions can be filtered based on different parameters by clicking on the “Add filter” button at the top left. 

The list of expeditions is expanded from the button “25/Page” at the end of the list. In this way we can visualize 25/50/100 expeditions per page. 

The image shows the overview of the expeditions page. You can choose different views with more or less information using the selector below the filters: 

The shipment list shows, by default, the following information for all expeditions:

• Shipment ID (Vonzu internal identifier) Shipment

• reference

• The delivery/pickup date and its time slot

• The assigned client

• The destination agency

• The state in which the shipment is

• The delivery/pickup address together with its percentage of success in the geolocation

• The number of delivery attempts (IE)

We can view more fields per expedition with the other 2 views, each one more complete than the previous one. 

To access the details of an expedition we have to click on its ID. 

Create expedition

To add a new expedition…

1. Click on the upper right corner + Expedition (button) 

2. Fill in the mandatory fields that appear in the creation pop-up

   1. Wecan add Skills necessary to carry out the expedition (cold, XXL sofa, etc.). We can also indicate the time to dedicate (assembly time, etc.) 

   2. If it is necessary to remove a package when making the delivery, it is important that you fill in the "Number of withdrawals to be made" field. 
      

Edit expeditions in bulk:

1. Select the expeditions you want to edit.

   1. Remember that you have the option to “Select all”. In this case, all the expeditions that are on the first page will be selected, therefore, it will depend on whether you have pagination configured at 20, 50 or 100 expeditions per page

2. . Click on the three dots (...) in the upper corner right and select the option "Edit selection"

A pop-up will open with the fields that we can edit. 
To edit any field it is necessary to select the box to the left of the field that has been modified.
