Mobile App Sections

Once we access the application, we see a lower menu divided into 4 tabs.

1) Profile

2) Configuration

3) Shipments

4) Barcode | Scanner

  1. Profile
From this section the driver can:

  2. Change his name (not the username with which he enters the app but the username that is displayed in the Back office)

  3. Change his password

  4. Edit his contact details: email and mobile phone

  5. Call your agency or warehouse in case it has configured the telephone number

  6. Close session

     2) Configuration

From this section the driver can:

  1. Choose in which language he wants to view the application

  2. Consult a small legend with the meaning of each color

  3. From “About Vonzu” we can go directly to the website.

  4. In the lower left corner we find the version of the app

⚠ ️ This information is very important when reporting incidents, since it is possible that the latest update is not installed. In case there is a new version, the app itself notifies you by means of an orange ball as a notification in the settings tab and an Update button that takes you directly to the App store or Play store

3) Expeditions
This is the section that the driver will be working with during their delivery day. It is organized based on 4 columns that are the 4 basic states of Vonzu:

  • A: Expeditions Assigned to a driver

  • R: Expeditions In Cast

  • C: Expeditions Completed

  • I: Shipments with Incident

The flow to complete a shipment or incident from the app is as follows:

 Assigned → In delivery → Completed/Incident

4) Barcode | Scanner

  1. In case of using the Vonzu labels or, if the information of the barcodes of each shipment is in the system, we can scan the packages to look for their information or change their status. We can scan a package with the camera or enter your barcode manually

  2. If we select the “In Delivery” button, we will automatically pass all the shipments that we scan to In Delivery, and so on for the 4 states that are shown. This is very useful, for example, when loading a truck, since the driver can check if it has all the packages that have been assigned to it.

  3. optionSearch, you can scan a label and the app will return the scanned shipment information.
