Via Vonzu API

Vonzu has a public API available with different services that any Vonzu client can access. You can find the public documentation along with sample calls at the following link.

Vonzu also allows you to work with external APIs to load information on expeditions in the domain. For more information, consult with the Vonzu Customer Success department.

Vonzu 2 Vonzu

Two Vonzu domains (eg a retailer and a logistics operator) can be integrated for instant communication of shipping information at all times. 

CSV/TXT

import Vonzu allows you to work with CSV and TXT files to import shipments to a domain.

All domains have a standard downloadable CSV template that allows you to complete all the information that a shipment may contain in Vonzu. You can find an explanation of the template and an example of how to fill it out on our Vonzu Reference.

If necessary, it is also possible to work with external templates after development and configuration in the corresponding domain. For more information, consult with the Vonzu Customer Success department.

Server with FTP folder

Vonzu also works with FTP folders from which to automatically import shipments to the corresponding domain. The creation and management of the FTP folder can be carried out by both Vonzu and the client or provider.

Plugins (Prestashop/Shopify)

Vonzu's technical team can also work with plugins to import shipments to a domain. Vonzu is already integrated via custom plugins with the Prestashop and Shopify.
